Meet Missi
About Me
I am a certified full-spectrum doula and infant massage educator located in Saint Albans, Vermont. I serve the areas surrounding Saint Albans and Burlington. I completed my doula certification in the Summer of 2022 from Doula Trainings International and have taken a few Birthing Advocacy Doula Trainings courses as well. I became a Certified Educator of Infant Massage in early 2023.
I gave birth to my own babe in August of 2023. She is the light of my life! Birth and postpartum were (and continue to be!) a rollercoaster for me, so I understand what a wild ride it can be for new parents. I'm here to help. I want to be part of your "village".
I currently use a sliding scale for all of my services to increase affordability. Please contact me if you want or need additional payment options. I am happy to trade services or offer payment plans.

My Core Values
I follow the Reproductive Justice framework centered on four basic human rights:
- The right to maintain personal bodily autonomy
- The right to have children
- The right to not have children
- The right to parent the children we have in safe and sustainable communities
I support all individuals and families, especially those of marginalized identities.
SERVICES
Postpartum Services
Postpartum is my main focus! I offer evening and overnight postpartum services. My support can include things like:
- Caring for baby while you get some rest (especially during "the witching hour" when you could really use a break)
- Supporting feeding or helping with simple feeding issues
- Doing light baby-related household tasks like washing pump parts/bottles, folding baby's laundry, etc.
- Helping with baby-wearing, cloth diapering
- Offering practical advice or answering questions
- Helping with safe sleep support
- And many more!
Postpartum services are provided on a sliding scale of $35-45 per hour. You choose your own rate within that scale based on the Green Bottle Method developed by Alexis J. Cunningfolk.
Infant Massage Classes
Group Infant Massage classes are held several times per year - keep an eye on my Facebook and Instagram for availability. Group classes are designed to both teach you how to massage your baby, and to connect you with other parents in the same stage of life as you are! The group series rate is $75-100 on a sliding scale. You choose your own rate within that scale based on the Green Bottle Method developed by Alexis J. Cunningfolk.
Private Infant Massage classes are offered at a rate of $125-150 total for the 5-class series. Classes are one hour each and include demonstration of infant massage strokes and a postpartum check-in.

Birth Services
I am offering birth support on a limited basis - one client per month.
Birth services include:
- Free initial 30 minute consultation via Zoom.
- 1-2 prenatal visits depending on need & timing of hire.
- Birth plan/wishes development as desired.
- Unlimited phone, text, or email messaging from date of contract signing.
- "On-call" period from 37 weeks until birth.
- Labor and birth support.
- One postpartum visit 1-2 weeks after birth.
Birth services are provided on a sliding scale of $1,000-1,200. You choose your own rate within that scale based on the Green Bottle Method developed by Alexis J. Cunningfolk.
